Refund Policy

Have this reviewed by a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction before publishing — refund and chargeback enforcement language sits close to consumer-protection and card-network rules that vary by region, and getting it wrong carries real financial and legal exposure.

1. All Sales Are Final

Every payment made to AN4RCHY — event entry fees, shop purchases, and any other charge — is final and non-refundable once made. We do not issue refunds for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with an event’s outcome, disagreement with a verified result, a tribe’s own performance, or any other reason not listed in Section 2 below. This applies whether or not you have used the entry, joined the server, or received a purchased item.

2. The One Exception: We Cancel the Event

If AN4RCHY itself cancels an event for any reason after your tribe’s entry fee has already been captured — whether the event never reached its minimum tribe count or funding threshold, or it was confirmed and later fell through — that entry fee is refunded to the original payment method. This is the only circumstance under which AN4RCHY issues a refund. See our Prize Rules for how an event’s funding threshold and confirmation status work.

3. Chargebacks

Do not file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at the support channel below — we investigate and correct genuine billing errors directly.

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us is treated as payment fraud, regardless of the outcome of the dispute itself. A chargeback on any AN4RCHY payment results in:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of your account and every account associated with it.
• Forfeiture of any prize winnings, entry, roster position, ranking points, or other benefit tied to the disputed payment or otherwise held by your account.
• No counter-refund, credit, or restoration of access is issued in exchange for reversing the chargeback.
• The right to pursue the disputed amount, and any costs of collection, through any lawful means available to us, including reporting the transaction as fraudulent to the payment processor and card network.

This consequence is automatic and is not subject to appeal on the basis that you did not know the policy — entry into any AN4RCHY event or purchase is your agreement to these terms. See our Terms of Service for the account-ban enforcement mechanism itself.

4. Delivery Errors

If a shop purchase fails to deliver in-game due to a system error on our end, contact support with your order ID. We will redeliver the item. This is a delivery correction, not a refund, and does not apply if the item was delivered and later lost through gameplay (raiding, death, server wipes, or any other in-game cause).

Billing questions, including a suspected duplicate charge or delivery failure, go through Discord or the support email listed in Settings — before any dispute is filed with your bank.
