Terms of Service
Last updated: Placeholder — replace with your effective date
This is placeholder template content, not legal advice. Replace it with terms reviewed by a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction before operating a paid, prize-based service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and any associated ARK: Survival Ascended servers (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction and comply with any geographic restrictions described in our Official Contest Rules to purchase wipe access or participate in prize competitions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your linked Discord account and any ARK account identifiers you provide. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in the Shop and on wipe pages at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
5. Conduct
- No cheating, aimbots, ESP, or unauthorized modifications.
- No duplication or mesh exploits, or other severe bug abuse.
- No intentional server disruption, including crash exploits or DDoS activity.
Violations may result in suspension, disqualification from prize competitions, or account termination.
6. Prizes
Prize eligibility, determination, and payment are governed by our Official Contest Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability and are not liable for losses caused by server downtime, technical failures, or third-party services (including Discord and Stripe).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Discord server or the support email listed in Settings.
