Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and any associated ARK: Survival Ascended servers (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction and comply with any geographic restrictions described in our Official Contest Rules to purchase event access or participate in prize competitions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your linked Discord account and any ARK account identifiers you provide. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in the Shop and on event pages at the time of purchase. All purchases are final. AN4RCHY does not issue refunds except in the one narrow circumstance described in our Refund Policy. Reviewing that policy, and Section 6 below, before you pay is your responsibility.

5. How Events Are Won

AN4RCHY does not police, referee, or adjudicate in-game conduct. We do not maintain a list of banned tactics, loadouts, alliances, or strategies, and we do not investigate or rule on accusations that another tribe played unfairly. An event’s outcome is determined solely by which eligible tribe controls the designated objective at the announced verification time, exactly as our Prize Rules describe, and that determination is final.

The only conduct we act on is conduct directed at AN4RCHY itself or its payment processor — see Section 6 below and our platform-security terms. We do not act on reports of cheating, exploiting, or unsportsmanlike play between tribes.

6. Payment Fraud & Account Suspension

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, instead of contacting us directly, constitutes payment fraud under these Terms regardless of the dispute’s outcome. A chargeback on any payment made to AN4RCHY results in the immediate, automatic, and permanent suspension of your account and every account associated with it, forfeiture of any prize winnings, entry, roster position, or ranking standing tied to the disputed payment, and no restoration of access or service in exchange for reversing the dispute. We reserve the right to pursue the disputed amount and any associated costs through any lawful means. Full detail: Refund Policy.

We may also suspend or terminate any account for attacks on the Service itself (including intentional server disruption or denial-of-service activity) or for creating duplicate accounts to evade a suspension under this Section.

7. Prizes

Prize eligibility, determination, and payment are governed by our Official Contest Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability and are not liable for losses caused by server downtime, technical failures, or third-party services (including Discord and Stripe).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AN4RCHY’s total liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to AN4RCHY in the six months preceding the claim. AN4RCHY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost winnings from an event you believe you should have won.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
